General and Family Dentistry
Every patient receives a thorough dental exam to screen for diseases not only related to the mouth, but also the head, neck, and overall health. This includes an oral cancer screening at each routine appointment. We conduct preventive care visits that include cleanings, fluoride, and x-rays as needed to help pre-screen and diagnose tooth decay in its earliest stages. We also offer preventive appliances like night guards to prevent abnormal tooth wear due to grinding.

Meet Dr. Joseph J. Delmonico, DDS
Dr. Delmonico, who spent his scholastic years on Long Island, NY, followed his undergraduate education at Rutgers with professional training at the Virginia Commonwealth University / Medical College of Virginia, School of Dentistry. Upon earning his DDS degree in 1986, Dr. Delmonico chose to continue his professional training with a General Practice of Dentistry Residency. Upon completion of his Certificate of Residency from the VAMC at Lyons, NJ in 1988, he returned to Long Island where he was in private practice as an associate with several fine private dental practices. Desiring his own business, Dr. Delmonico opened Plainsboro Dental Care in 1996. Dr. Delmonico is a member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, Mercer County Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. To ensure that he stays up to date on all the latest advances in dentistry, Dr. Delmonico completes 30+ hours of continued education every year.
